My goal is to help you cultivate change in your life while working through life’s challenges, help you discover hope and live your best life! We are all writing our story, one day and one chapter at a time. We can’t undo or rewrite the past but we can change our future by renovating and building on our past challenges. I want to help you write the story of your life, your marriage, your family and ultimately assist you in creating a fulfilling, happy life. I want to team up with you and provide the skills, the tools and resources to help you meet your goals.

As a a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, I have experience working with individuals, children, teenagers and families as well as couples providing premarital and marriage counseling. I have a unique skill set that is a person centered approach, tailored to fit you and your families needs.
